Ride-Rite and Sport-Rite air helper springs can be installed on most commercial vehicles, i.e., trucks, motorhomes, 4WDs, minibuses and vans. The air helper springs are installed between the frame of the vehicle and the suspension providing load support through the use of air pressure.

These springs are manufactured by Firestone which has made a commitment to provide the customer with the best air helper spring kits in the industry.

The air helper springs utilise a pair of convoluted or tapered style air springs. These air springs are capable of *2.500 kgs. of load carrying per set. It is extremely important to remember that air helper springs do not increase a vehicle's carrying capacity.

Although the air springs are capable of lifting a great deal of weight they are intended to maximise the vehicle's load capabilities within the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.

Ride-Rite and Sport-Rite Air Helper Springs Will...

1. Keep the vehicle front end down - improve steering control, level headlight beams and improve tyre wear. 
2. Level off-centre loads - individual inflation valves allow for adjustment side-to-side and front-to-rear. 
3. Reduce suspension fatigue - keep leaf springs from sagging under repeated or constant load. 
4. Air adjustment improves the drive - allowing the air springs to be matched to the load.   Adjustability 0.5 Bar to 7 Bar. 
5. Reduce bottoming out - protective air cushion softens contact between the axle and frame. 
6. Increase vehicle stability - absorbing road shock providing ideal driving conditions for passengers and load.  Stabilizes the vehicle while loaded.

Basic Kit

Everything is included for a quick installation. Brackets, air springs, hardware and inflation valves for manual inflation. Optional Air Accessories are also available. Average installation time is approximately 1 - 2 hours.
