Limited Warranty

Firestone Industrial Products Company warrants that Firestone products will be free from defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 24 months or 24,000 miles (whichever comes first) from date of installation. This does not include installation or other service charges for replacement.

For an adjustment under this limited warranty, contact your dealer.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

WARRANTY PROCEDURE

1. All warranty returns must have a completed RGA form attached. Warranty returns without this form will not be accepted. This form can be downloaded using the link below.

2. Driverite must be contacted in order to recieve an RGA number. This RGA number must be present both on the warranty item and the RGA form. A copy of the RGA form must also be faxed or emailed to Driverite before the warranty part is dispatched.
3. Warranty items recieved without a complete RGA document will be be accepted.

Below is a list of specific airspring warranty forms. Both this form and the RGA should be retruned to Driverite when claiming warranty for a particular style of airspring.
